Fill out the form under the Start Designing section. A member of our team will be in touch to organize a 15-minute call to understand your needs and preferences and answer any questions you may have. From there, we will arrange your first design session to review the collection, explore fabric preferences, take your measurements, and confirm finishing details. Depending on the service you select, one or two fittings may follow. Your garments are then crafted in Italy and delivered to you within 8 to 12 weeks.

For clients in Milan or Boston, we travel to you, whether at your home, office, or hotel. PARLA also hosts trunk shows in select cities throughout the year, which are by appointment only and designed to create a private house experience outside of Milan.

The initial design session is about 90 minutes. Subsequent fittings last between 30-60 minutes.

You do not need to be in Milan to work with PARLA. Appointments are available in Milan, Boston, at our international trunk shows, or virtually.

We only offer bespoke commissions ensuring each garment is crafted uniquely for the wearer.

Not at all. While the three-piece suit is our signature, clients may order jackets, trousers, or waistcoats individually.

Yes. Once garments and fabrics are selected and clients are ready to place an order, a non-refundable deposit is required.
